Taking the first step can be hard.
We want to make it easier.
When you call the POWER Line, you will receive a screening, which may be followed by an appointment for a confidential, comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment designed to help you identify your next step. Because our assessment process, like our programs, is designed to reflect women’s lives, we’ll help you focus on the areas that matter most to you.
We offer a range of treatment and support services for your unique needs, including residential, day treatment, and outpatient care. We also offer mentoring services through all our programs.
For a confidential assessment, call the POWER Line: 412.243.8755.
If you are are receiving services from the Allegheny County Office of Children, Youth and Families (CYF) or Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, you may ask your caseworker or social worker for a referral to POWER for an in-home assessment.
Asking for help is the first step to a
healthy and happy life! It's your call.
