D & A Therapist for Partial Program April 1-June 30, 2008.

Title: Therapist
Classification: Part-Time/Exempt
Reports To: Outpatient Program Manager

Overview
The therapist provides clinical assessment and outpatient treatment services to the clients of the Outpatient Program on a part time (20 hours a week) basis.  The hours are flexible; however the majority of hours will be late afternoon to evening hours.

The Mentor provides on-going recovery support to clients involved in the POWER Connection program while assisting them to develop their own system of natural supports.  The key to the Mentor’s work is forming healthy growth-producing relationships, sharing their success in overcoming barriers and motivating the clients (Mentees) to responsible action.
