Recovery Support

POWER Connection offers recovery support services to women involved with Allegheny County’s Office of Children, Youth and Families (CYF) and referred by Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. These services are also available to high risk women, including those who are pregnant, homeless, or victims of violence.

POWER offers mentors, POWER employees with at least five years of recovery, who help women remain engaged in treatment while helping them develop healthy support systems in the community.
